This place is decent. Anyone there staff or residents can be overwhelmed this place helps people who are down and out no one comes for fun. Only to get better and they do very well helping people. People just have to remember to help them selfs too. I would go there again if I needed to.maybe need a little upgrading but it was a decent start I've been there twice

I am currently at the end of my stay here. I have a diabetic wound that requires a wound vac. I stayed over 5 weeks and NEVER was the wound vac used. Apparently an insurance issue denied this equipments use. I was never told they couldn't use this equipment. The facility and rooms are sub par. I was roomed with an ex meth addict for most of my stay I wish i would have been given a choice to decide where to go. I have finally got the wound vac so good news. Forget trying to buy snacks in the dining hall. It's rocket science to buy a bag of chips!

They didn't treat my elderly mother properly. Taking her phone away. Couldn't check on her. Now she had to go to the ICU at a local hospital for an infection that could've been prevented. If the staff who work there don't want to treat patients with respect why did they choose to stay in there & keep working. I hope their elderly family members get treated the same way as they did my mother.

My husband was admitted yesterday from the hospital. He has pneumonia and fell and needs physical therapy. Arrived at 6 pm, staff was friendly, facility shocking. Looks rundown, not very clean, beds have no railing or any grab bars, bed remote keeps malfunctioning, TV in room has no remote. Food tray table has cracks and that definitely causes bacterial growth, something any health department would nof allow in a restaurant. Paint on wall is chipping off.....that is just plain poor management. Food is not good nor healthy for a diabetic and heart patient like my husband. Just got there at 7:15 AM to bring my husband the walker. I rang the bell and was snapped at that visiting hours are at 8 AM. Well online it says open 24 hrs. I am his wife and power of attorney for he suffer of dementia, I sure was shocked getting snapped at like that

My Grandmother received excellent care (health, therapy and emotional). She was so happy to have such good food that she always wanted more. I would highly recommend Coronado Healthcare Center!

This place is awful! My husband was in to get physical therapy after being in the hospital for pneumonia. He never got any rehab. There was another patient sharing his room who left the tv on 24/7. Walked around all night leaving lights on. We complained to the staff and were told they would handle it, nothing was done. They had to call 911 because his oxygen levels were too low. He was taken to the hospital from there. I picked his things up and never looked back.

Coronado has amazing staff always will to help. Food was good. Nice and clean facility. Therapy team was always willing to help. Activities had so many things for me to do. I would recommend this facility!
